Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
  • communicate wait times and manage guest expectations
  • answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide menu information
  • assist servers and managers in maintaining guest flow and satisfaction
  • ensure the entry and waiting areas are clean and organized
  • provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
