Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
- communicate wait times and manage guest expectations
- answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide menu information
- assist servers and managers in maintaining guest flow and satisfaction
- ensure the entry and waiting areas are clean and organized
- provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
