Job Requirements

No prior experience required
ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
ability to read, speak, and write the English language
maintain a clean environment and ensure area is always organized
ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items and multi-task
ability to move through a crowded room to seat guests
ability to work POS system, Open Table computer and cash handling experience preferred
must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work under pressure
