The Host/Hostess position is based in Montgomery, Texas, within one of Stonebridge's managed dining establishments. This role is classified as non-exempt, seasonal and part-time, offering an hourly wage of $11.00. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Host/Hostess is a pivotal front-line team member responsible for delivering an inviting and organized dining experience. The primary duties include warmly greeting guests, managing seating arrangements effectively during busy service periods, handling reservations, and providing basic information about menu items and promotions. Additionally, the Host/Hostess assists with restaurant opening and closing procedures, supports food and beverage staff with side-work tasks, and contributes to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail are essential to excel in this role. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
