Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for party size and preferences
  • Set up host/hostess stand and manage seating charts
  • Answer phone calls according to Four Seasons standards
  • Make recommendations for room set-up and guest accommodations
  • Maintain cover count for the restaurant
  • Coordinate seating flow to optimize guest experience
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
