Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Fluency in English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for party size and preferences
- Set up host/hostess stand and manage seating charts
- Answer phone calls according to Four Seasons standards
- Make recommendations for room set-up and guest accommodations
- Maintain cover count for the restaurant
- Coordinate seating flow to optimize guest experience
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
