Job Requirements
- Preferred 2-4 years experience in the service industry
- Preferred 3 reliable references from previous positions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for long periods
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher

Job Duties
- Retain the top 50 member names of most frequent patrons and greet them warmly by name
- Provide exceptional service with a warm smile to guests
- Be the first point of contact with guests
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely fashion
- Help dining room staff by assisting in water and coffee service and other guest satisfaction tasks
- Manage wait list during high volume to accurately set guests expectations
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure proper table management
- Retain knowledge of menu and daily specials to assist servers and accurately take to-go orders
- Create signs, table numbers, and place cards using Microsoft Office for special events
- Organize reservations and coordinate reservation times for kitchen efficiency
- Deliver remarkable service adhering to company procedures and regulations
- Build rapport with guests, managers, and coworkers using interpersonal and team-building skills
- Resolve guest issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
