previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
friendly and outgoing personality
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and time management skills
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
