Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to work on a POS system
- Able to count cash
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop, twist while carrying restaurant stock
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to four hours
- Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded and noisy environment
- Must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance and uphold the company appearance standards
- Must maintain good posture and poise throughout shift
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff
- Greeting and welcoming each guest entering the restaurant
- Seating guests as per specified rotation requirements
- Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation
- Monitoring restaurant for table availability
- Keeping designated working areas clean and organized
- Assisting servers and bussers in their duties such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, bussing tables, and attending to guest needs
- Completing all assigned closing duties at end of shift
- Promoting current casino events and programs and giving guests directions to all casino areas
- Thanking customers, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and facilitating their return to play
