Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to provide exceptional guest service
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
- communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service
- coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to optimize guest dining experience
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- assist with reservations and phone calls as needed
