Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
Ability to navigate a busy dining area and assist guests as needed
Dexterity to handle menus, utensils, and other dining items
Comfortable working in various weather conditions if outdoors

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Manage the reservation system and seating chart to optimize guest flow
Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and daily specials
Answer questions about the menu and assist with special requests
Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure prompt and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
Address guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude
