- Ability to speak and read English
- Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations
- Ability to follow safety and production guidelines
- Physical ability to perform meal delivery tasks
- Basic comprehension and communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Prepare meals and snacks according to physician-prescribed diet orders
- Pass and collect menus from patients within specified timeframes
- Deliver meals and snacks to patients efficiently
- Assess and collect patient satisfaction surveys
- Maintain positive interpersonal relations with healthcare staff and patients' families
- Follow food safety and production guidelines
- Promote teamwork and provide quality service
