Job Duties
- Welcome patrons and manage the seating process
- Ensure proper count of tables for each reservation before seating
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and wine list to respond to questions
- Manage dining reservations and phone lines
- Coordinate all take-out orders
- Assist bus staff and wait staff when needed
- Address complaints of patrons regarding table requests
- Prepare beverages
- Help in other positions as needed
