Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to plan, organize, and follow procedures effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Strong people-oriented skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop conceptual alternatives
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of Club operations
- Punctuality and reliability
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if necessary
Job Duties
- Takes reservations and assists in organizing tables and room layout according to reservations
- Greets and seats members as they arrive to the Club
- Bring menus to members
- Assists servers and bussers with anything they need such as bread, butter, water, reset tables
- Directs flow of traffic to dining rooms and other areas of the Club
- Maintains all menus, ensuring they are clean and current
- Thanks members and guests, invites them to return
- Keeps mint jars stocked for members
- Keeps hostess stand and surrounding area clean
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
- Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Food and Beverage Manager or Manager on Duty
- Follows CCM mission and values, providing the best quality service possible
- Other duties as assigned
