Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Punctual and reliable
Customer service oriented
Ability to plan, organize, and follow procedures effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
Strong people-oriented skills
Well-developed problem-solving skills
Ability to develop conceptual alternatives
Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of Club operations
Punctuality and reliability
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if necessary

Job Duties

Takes reservations and assists in organizing tables and room layout according to reservations
Greets and seats members as they arrive to the Club
Bring menus to members
Assists servers and bussers with anything they need such as bread, butter, water, reset tables
Directs flow of traffic to dining rooms and other areas of the Club
Maintains all menus, ensuring they are clean and current
Thanks members and guests, invites them to return
Keeps mint jars stocked for members
Keeps hostess stand and surrounding area clean
Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Food and Beverage Manager or Manager on Duty
Follows CCM mission and values, providing the best quality service possible
Other duties as assigned
