The role of Host(ess) at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is integral to the guest dining experience. As the first point of contact for guests within the Lido Restaurant, the Host(ess) plays a vital role in shaping the overall impression by offering warm welcomes and coordinating seamless service. This full-time role involves working varied shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management Team, the Host(ess) acts as the initial ambassador of the restaurant experience, consistently striving to uphold the luxury standards synonymous with Four Seasons.
