Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- customer service experience strongly preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities
- professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to maximize service flow
- escort guests to tables and communicate server sections effectively
- answer phones, take messages, and provide basic restaurant information
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- assist with menus, to-go orders, and guest requests as needed
- monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management
- follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
