Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome
- Obtain visitor contact information and details of their visit
- Use the reservation system to make reservations and seat guests
- Monitor the flow of guest seating around the property
- Communicate the brand story effectively to guests
- Provide information on all offerings and experiences available
- Maintain a positive first impression through excellent service and high standards
