Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
basic math skills for processing payments
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Outgoing and sociable personality
excellent communication and listening skills
passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
ability to handle high volume and work under pressure
ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience
effectively assign servers to sections and manage reservations and guest seating
maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks
promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
be an ambassador of the establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes and accurately answer guest questions
process all payment methods and perform other duties as assigned
