Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices and procedures
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic computer skills including POS systems

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
- Monitor guests' needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly
- Deliver the appropriate number of menus and kid packs when seating guests
- Perform restroom checks, answer phones, keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked
- Practice safe food and beverage handling
- Communicate and interact with guests, handle crowds, and help guests while they wait
- Show guests care and ask about their dining experience
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Assist in marketing, promotional services, and situational selling
- Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed
- Manage guests wait times by working with managers
- Assist in other job categories as needed
- Perform all other assigned duties
