- willingness to perform side work and additional tasks as needed

- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- engage guests as they enter the restaurant and assign seating according to the seating plan
- manage and handle wait times during busy periods
- facilitate all take-out orders both walk-in and call-in
- demonstrate responsible cash handling and manage discrepancies
- communicate actively with the team and assist in tasks such as turning tables and delivering food
- bid guests farewell warmly and encourage return visits
- perform side work including patio setup and breakdown, bathroom maintenance, table upkeep, cleaning doors and windows, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace
- run food and beverages
- clean and buss tables
- clean the restaurant floor and empty bus buckets
- learn floor plan, seat numbers, and steps of service
- work energetically as part of a team
- stay on feet for long periods
- know menu products thoroughly
- perform tasks as delegated by managers
