We are currently seeking a dedicated Host to join our enthusiastic team of over-achievers. This role is essential in shaping the first impression of our guests and ensuring that every visit is personalized and enjoyable. As a Host, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating efficiently, and assisting with carry-out orders. Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
1 year of hosting experience preferred
must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
ability to obtain and maintain food handler's certification card
must be able to lift 45 lbs
excellent customer service skills
must strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction
familiarity with Aloha preferred

Job Duties

Providing a fantastic first impression and exceptional guest service
responsible for answering the phone promptly
seating guests properly and efficiently
focusing on overall guest experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
responsible to meet all health department and maintain standards
maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
assist with taking guests carry-out orders over the phone
assist team members if needed
