Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality or social club environments preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and policies

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and their guests
  • Ensure members are seated promptly and according to service standards
  • Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
  • Answer telephone, take reservations, and inform guests of offerings
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to side work checklist
  • Maintain quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
  • Assist servers in servicing guests as needed
  • Manage member complaints related to food quality and service
  • Train and develop staff to foster a positive working environment
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and operations
  • Uphold standards, policies, and procedures consistently
