Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or social club environments preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and policies

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and their guests
- Ensure members are seated promptly and according to service standards
- Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
- Answer telephone, take reservations, and inform guests of offerings
- Perform opening and closing duties according to side work checklist
- Maintain quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
- Assist servers in servicing guests as needed
- Manage member complaints related to food quality and service
- Train and develop staff to foster a positive working environment
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and operations
- Uphold standards, policies, and procedures consistently
