Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcoming greeting to members and their guests
  • Ensure timely seating of members according to The Quin service standards
  • Maintain high member satisfaction and exceptional dining experience
  • Provide leadership and foster a positive, respectful work environment
  • Train and develop employees
  • Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Greet and seat members with a smile in a timely manner
  • Be attentive to members' needs
  • Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
  • Assist in collection of credit cards from members and servers as needed
  • Answer the telephone, take reservations, and properly inform guests of offerings
  • Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist
  • Have complete knowledge of standards of service
  • Have thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
  • Assist servers in servicing guests as needed
  • Assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of services provided
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Assist in investigating member complaints regarding food quality and service
  • Assist in other related food and beverage outlets as required
  • Assume additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
