Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Capability to handle member inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcoming greeting to members and their guests
- Ensure timely seating of members according to The Quin service standards
- Maintain high member satisfaction and exceptional dining experience
- Provide leadership and foster a positive, respectful work environment
- Train and develop employees
- Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Greet and seat members with a smile in a timely manner
- Be attentive to members' needs
- Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
- Assist in collection of credit cards from members and servers as needed
- Answer the telephone, take reservations, and properly inform guests of offerings
- Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
- Perform opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist
- Have complete knowledge of standards of service
- Have thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
- Assist servers in servicing guests as needed
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of services provided
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in investigating member complaints regarding food quality and service
- Assist in other related food and beverage outlets as required
- Assume additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
