Job Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food and alcohol certification as required by state law

Job Duties

  • Be the welcome face of the restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to guests both in person and on the phone
  • Provide guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
  • Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with wait list quotes and efficient flow of guests through their dining experience
  • Be knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information such as happy hour details or limited time offers
  • Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, call-ahead seating, guest inquiries, and to-go orders
  • Ensure authenticity and positivity in guest interactions
