- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food and alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write and speak English

Job Duties
- Be the welcome face of the restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to guests both in person and on the phone
- Provide guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
- Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with wait list quotes and efficient flow of guests through their dining experience
- Be knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information such as happy hour details or limited time offers
- Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
- Handle phone calls, reservations, call-ahead seating, guest inquiries, and to-go orders
- Ensure authenticity and positivity in guest interactions
