Job Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Welcome and entertain guests in a warm, friendly manner to create a positive first impression of service
- Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
- Answer restaurant phones and handle guest inquiries
- Manage call-ahead seating, reservations, and to-go orders
- Communicate accurately with team members to ensure smooth guest flow
- Be knowledgeable about all restaurant promotions and brand-related information
- Provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business
