Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience in guest-facing food service
Evening and weekend availability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to maneuver restaurant environment and equipment
Commitment to following safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in high-volume or guest-facing food service
Knowledge of dining room and service standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Customer service orientation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

Welcome guests and manage reservations
Seat guests efficiently and courteously
Coordinate with front of house and back of house teams to ensure smooth service
Assist team members in meeting guest needs
Follow company policies and food safety standards
Educate yourself about Japanese cuisine and beverages
Perform other position-specific duties as assigned
