Job Requirements
- Must be available Tuesday through Saturday nights and Sunday brunch
- Desire to grow within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Provide legible communication and directions
- Compute basic arithmetic
- At least 1 year of experience in similar position dealing with the general public

Job Duties
- Assist the servers in preparing for dinner or lunch service
- Review and confirm reservations for each service
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Provide guests with menus
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings
- Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls
