The current part-time position at the Challenger Learning Center involves serving as a dynamic team member responsible for front-line guest engagement and operational support. Working up to 20 hours per week, starting pay is $14.00 per hour with adjustments based on experience. Your core responsibilities include welcoming visitors warmly, managing ticket sales and event registrations, and assisting with event setup, concessions, and inventory management. You will help maintain a clean and safe environment to enhance the visitor experience and assist with cash handling securely. Moreover, this role requires leadership qualities as you will lead groups during programs and coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure smooth event operations. Handling phone inquiries, managing logistical details for event packages, and adhering to necessary staff training will be key components of your duties.
