Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with professionalism
- Genuine friendly demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
- Greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seats guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
- Coordinates wait and seats guests with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
- Busses tables, delivers food and supports the dining room, ensuring every opportunity to wow guests is fulfilled
