Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision
- ability to adjust focus as needed
- work in areas with low or dim lighting
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- responsible beverage service certification required for California positions within 60 days of start date
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
- responsible beverage service certification (or ability to obtain) for California positions

- willingness to support multiple areas of the restaurant as needed
Job Duties
- Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
- greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seats guests in dining and bar areas while ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- coordinates wait and seats guests with a sense of urgency
- supports dining room by bussing tables, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness
- answers phone promptly and directs calls
- assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment
