Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods
- For California positions, Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training)
- Willingness to comply with company policies including drug and alcohol prohibitions
- Must successfully complete Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to outstanding guest service
Job Duties
- Making a memorable first and last impression
- Greeting incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seating guests in dining and bar areas while ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Coordinating wait times and seating guests with urgency
- Engaging in genuine conversations with guests
- Having general knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell items
- Answering phone calls promptly and directing them appropriately
- Assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and supporting guest needs
- Leading the lobby experience following hospitality standards
- Adhering to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
