Within this prestigious setting, the hotel is seeking talented individuals to join its team, including the role of Sally's Greeter. The Greeter plays a vital part in creating a warm and inviting first impression for guests entering the hotel's restaurant. This role is ideal for those with prior experience as a restaurant host or hostess or in customer-facing hospitality positions. The Greeter ensures that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive and helps set the tone for their dining experience by managing table accommodations efficiently and offering knowledgeable menu recommendations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and care.
The Sally's Greeter is also responsible for maintaining the atmosphere of the dining area by performing regular inspections and reporting any concerns to management. They work closely with other team members to optimize seating arrangements, balancing workload evenly across the staff to enhance operational efficiency. The Greeter is often the final point of contact for guests before they are seated, making the role crucial for ensuring overall guest satisfaction and service excellence.
This position offers flexible scheduling options, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. The wage for this role is set at $26.25 per hour, with actual compensation tailored based on education and experience. - Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure an even workload for the staff
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Perform regular inspection of the dining rooms and maintain cleanliness of the facility while communicating with management areas of concern
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Ability to prioritize well and remember all guests' requests
- Openness to constructive feedback and being coached or mentored
