Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and maintain the required uniform and personal hygiene
- Exemplify hospitality standards by answering guest questions and managing requests and complaints with a guest-first approach
- Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist with duties and communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant
- Know and adhere to emergency procedures within the restaurant
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of restaurant standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
