We are currently seeking friendly and engaging Hosts to join the team at AC Hotel Portsmouth’s Rooftop at the Envio. The Host will be instrumental in creating a warm and inviting first impression for guests as they arrive. This role involves greeting and welcoming guests, managing wait times and reservations accurately, escorting guests to their dining areas, and providing menus alongside server introductions. The Host acts as an important liaison between guests and the dining staff, ensuring smooth communication and an orderly seating process. In addition to managing guest interactions at the front of the restaurant, the Host plays a supportive role by assisting servers and helping maintain cleanliness and order in the dining space. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The role is part-time or full-time with a seven-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, providing valuable experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
