Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
  • Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and menu items
  • Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
  • Support team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests
