About the Role: The Host's role is pivotal in shaping the atmosphere of our restaurant by being the first and last point of contact for our guests. This position is ideal for someone energetic and outgoing who enjoys meeting new people and making them feel at home. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Whether you work full-time or part-time depends on shift availability and management discretion, allowing flexibility to balance your personal schedule. A key expectation is to maintain a warm, friendly demeanor while managing guest flow efficiently and effectively throughout your shift. Team members averaging at least 30 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after one year of employment. The ideal candidate must be able to stand and keep pace with guests throughout the shift and have the capacity to lift between 10 to 20 pounds safely. Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • assist guests with special needs or requests
  • monitor and manage waiting lists during peak hours
