tech-savvy with knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy)

Job Duties

Warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in and seating
manage reservations and walk-in flow using the designated reservation platform
collaborate with service and management teams to maintain optimal table flow and guest experience
anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful touches to enhance their visit
maintain an organized and elegant host stand and entrance area
communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and leadership
support overall dining room ambiance by assisting with cleanliness, lighting, and guest inquiries
