Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in and seating
  • manage reservations and walk-in flow using the designated reservation platform
  • collaborate with service and management teams to maintain optimal table flow and guest experience
  • anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful touches to enhance their visit
  • maintain an organized and elegant host stand and entrance area
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and leadership
  • support overall dining room ambiance by assisting with cleanliness, lighting, and guest inquiries
