Job Requirements

A current food handler's card
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with reservation management platforms
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a host in a luxury or lifestyle setting preferred
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-volume environment
Tech-savvy with knowledge of reservation systems such as OpenTable and Resy
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in and seating
Manage reservations and walk-in flow using the designated reservation platform
Collaborate with service and management teams to maintain optimal table flow and guest experience
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful touches to enhance their visit
Maintain an organized and elegant host stand and entrance area
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and leadership
Support overall dining room ambiance by assisting with cleanliness, lighting, and guest inquiries
