Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality-driven attitude
  • Able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
  • Focused attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to write and speak confidently
  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Exceptional communication skills and articulation
  • Hospitality-driven attitude with a focus on guest service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely manner
  • Manage reservation flow to optimize guest experience
  • Answer the phone and take reservations, to-go orders, and special requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Communicate with management and service staff to address guest needs
  • Assist team members in clearing tables and rolling silverware
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
