Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work weekend morning shifts
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards

- Hospitality and customer service experience
- Previous food and beverage experience a plus

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Treat guests and patrons to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- Coordinate seating for guests
- Take guest and patron information and quote wait times accurately when space is not immediately available
- Interact with guests and patrons upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive lounge experience
- Manage table set-ups
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Perform other duties as requested by management
