Job Duties
- welcoming customers with a polite and friendly approach
- seating customers in their desired place in a coordinated manner
- handling to-go orders for guests
- taking guest information and quoting wait times accurately
- managing table setups and arrangements
- assisting other departments with tasks such as making and running beverages or food, clearing plates
- keeping the restaurant common areas clean and tidy
- performing opening, closing, and on-shift side work and maintenance
- supporting other tasks as needed
- wearing a friendly smile throughout the shift
