Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work lunches and dinners and have mostly open availability
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to adhere to dress code requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
  • Must have at least 1 year of hosting or serving experience in a full-dining restaurant
  • Fast food chains or any restaurant without dine-in services does not count

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • High-end restaurant experience such as casual fine dining or above
  • Able to manage a reservation system and optimize flow controls
  • Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus
  • Able to provide top-notch customer service
  • Display a professional, positive, and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Willingness to take instructions in a professional and understanding manner
  • Ability to solve basic math problems

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
