Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- pull out chairs
- place clean/current menu in front of guest
- guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- ensure appropriate place settings with napkins and silverware
- check menus for cleanliness and currency
- maintain cleanliness of work areas following clean-as-you-go procedures
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- follow all company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- maintain professional personal appearance
- protect company assets
- welcome guests according to company standards
- use clear and professional language when speaking and answering phones
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- adhere to quality standards
- remain on feet for extended periods
- move and lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- perform other job duties as assigned
