The ideal candidate will be attentive to the details of service delivery, such as making sure menus are clean and wrinkle-free, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and work areas throughout the shift, and working collaboratively with the service team to uphold an atmosphere of quality and safety. This includes adhering to company policies, participating in safety trainings, and reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management. Hosts must present themselves professionally, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills both with guests and team members.
