- Greeting guests promptly, seating guests cheerfully and courteously, escorting guests to their tables, opening doors for guests arriving and departing, accommodating special needs such as boosters and highchairs, processing to-go and delivery orders, managing the wait list during busy times, providing menu recommendations, taking orders by software or memory, communicating order details to kitchen staff, delivering food and beverages timely to outdoor guests, providing exceptional customer service
