The role of a Host at Keke's Breakfast Cafe is a vital position integral to the overall guest experience. As the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant, the Host is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing seating arrangements, and ensuring that each guest's preferences and needs are met. This includes maintaining an organized waitlist when immediate seating is unavailable and providing accurate estimated wait times. Hosts also assist guests in navigating special seating requests and accompany guests to their tables to provide them with menus and essential dining information.

This full-time position requires availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas when the restaurant is closed. The Host must be capable of standing for long periods of up to eight hours per shift and also able to lift up to 20 pounds if necessary. Attention to grooming and communication skills is paramount, as Hosts represent the brand's friendly and professional image. Employees are required to wear dark blue jeans, a black belt, and black non-slip shoes to maintain a uniform appearance.
