Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods
  • capability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • basic communication skills in Spanish and English
  • willingness to support team objectives and maintain professional appearance
  • adherence to all safety policies and procedures
  • ability to perform physical tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent from an educational development program
  • no prior related work experience required but previous experience in food service is valued
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no license or certification required

Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine group size
  • direct guests to clean and available tables
  • remove and arrange chairs and set menus
  • assist guests through dining rooms when needed
  • arrange tables and seating for special needs groups
  • ensure appropriate cutlery and napkins
  • verify menus are updated, clean and complete
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety and well-being
  • comply with company safety policies and report incidents
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • answer phones using proper protocol
  • foster positive workplace relationships and support team goals
  • stand, walk or sit for extended periods
  • lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
