Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menu in front of guests
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
- Check that menus are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow company safety and security policies and report issues
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Use clear and professional language and answer telephones properly
- Develop positive relationships with coworkers and support teamwork
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors
