Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
