Job Duties

  • Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
  • seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • familiarize with OpenTable and Toast systems
