Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment
  • basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • knowledge of hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
  • basic familiarity with restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • eagerness to learn about food, beverages, and the to-go process
  • team player committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Job Duties

  • play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
  • seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
