Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- knowledge of hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- basic familiarity with restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems is a plus
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- eagerness to learn about food, beverages, and the to-go process
- team player committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Job Duties
- play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
