Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring comfort and value
- manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with questions
- maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- utilize familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems as a plus
